Dear Mr. Jaburek,
Please let me apologize for not writing sooner to thank you for your words of encouragement. It was certainly a privilege to talk with you. I know in your field, you are constantly busy and it was so nice of you to take the time and listen while I talked out my tensions.
I will admit that I thought an adverse condition exists with my case. I allowed my own ideas to create resistance or even discouragement. Again, "byzantine" is the adjective I would use to describe the legal system, but after we talked, the morale and boosting stimulus I needed came back.
Sorry for the loss of your life-long friend and business partner. May your memories of him be a source of comfort.
I hope that this card is some consultation to let you know you are appreciated.
You are highly competent in your field.
Many thanks,
D.H.
